Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: June 18, 2026

1. Our Commitment

FlowMajik LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“FlowMajik,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to promoting accessibility and providing a positive experience for visitors to the public-facing pages of https://flowmajik.com (the “Website”), including individuals with disabilities.

We recognize that digital accessibility is an ongoing responsibility and that websites, technologies, accessibility standards, assistive technologies, and user needs continue to evolve. We therefore seek to consider accessibility as part of the Website’s ongoing design, development, content-management, maintenance, and improvement processes.

This Accessibility Statement describes FlowMajik’s present accessibility commitment and the procedures available for reporting an accessibility concern or requesting reasonable assistance relating to the public-facing content of the Website.

2. Accessibility Standards and Guidelines

In pursuing our accessibility objectives, FlowMajik considers generally recognized accessibility practices and standards, including, where reasonably practicable and appropriate:

  • the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.1, Level AA;

  • the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.2, Level AA;

  • the principles that digital content should be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust; and

  • other generally recognized digital-accessibility standards, practices, techniques, and guidance that may be relevant to the Website.

References to WCAG or any other accessibility standard describe the standards and principles that may inform FlowMajik’s accessibility efforts. They do not constitute a representation, warranty, certification, or guarantee that every page, feature, component, file, or item of content on the Website presently or continuously conforms to every applicable success criterion, technical requirement, interpretation, or version of those standards.

FlowMajik may use a combination of internal review, content and design practices, automated tools, manual evaluation, user feedback, and third-party assistance as reasonably appropriate. No single testing method, automated tool, audit, or evaluation can identify every possible accessibility issue or ensure accessibility for every user, disability, device, browser, assistive technology, or combination of technologies.

3. Accessibility Is an Ongoing Process

FlowMajik’s accessibility efforts are ongoing rather than static. We may periodically review, revise, redesign, replace, expand, or update portions of the Website as business needs, technologies, content, standards, resources, and legal requirements change.

Despite reasonable efforts, temporary, isolated, technical, or content-related accessibility barriers may occur. For example, a barrier may result from:

  • newly added or recently updated content;

  • legacy content or components;

  • browser, device, operating-system, or assistive-technology differences;

  • third-party services or embedded functionality;

  • technical failures, maintenance, or security measures;

  • content supplied in formats that have inherent accessibility limitations; or

  • issues that have not yet been identified or remediated.

The presence of an accessibility issue does not necessarily mean that the Website as a whole is inaccessible or that FlowMajik has failed to undertake reasonable accessibility efforts.

4. Accessibility Measures

Depending on the nature of the content and the Website’s technical environment, FlowMajik may consider or implement measures such as:

  • using clear page structures, headings, labels, and content organization;

  • providing meaningful text for links and interactive elements where reasonably practicable;

  • considering text alternatives for informative images;

  • supporting keyboard interaction for applicable Website functionality;

  • considering readability, text contrast, focus visibility, and responsive presentation;

  • using descriptive form labels, instructions, and validation messaging where reasonably practicable;

  • reviewing multimedia accessibility, including captions or transcripts where appropriate and reasonably available;

  • testing selected content or functionality using automated and manual methods;

  • addressing reported accessibility barriers based on their nature, severity, feasibility, and impact; and

  • considering accessibility when making material updates to the public-facing Website.

These measures are examples of efforts that may be undertaken and do not create a promise that every measure will be implemented on every page, in every circumstance, or within any particular period.

5. Scope of This Statement

This Accessibility Statement applies only to the public-facing pages of FlowMajik.com that are owned and controlled by FlowMajik.

It does not apply to:

  • password-protected client accounts, portals, dashboards, or account-management areas;

  • customer relationship management systems or records;

  • private files, documents, or content uploaded by clients or users;

  • third-party platforms, applications, software, or services;

  • websites or digital properties belonging to FlowMajik’s clients;

  • websites, pages, systems, or content created, designed, hosted, maintained, managed, or operated by FlowMajik for a client or other third party;

  • external websites reached through links on the Website; or

  • content, systems, or digital properties that FlowMajik does not own or control.

A website or other digital property created, managed, supported, or operated for a FlowMajik client is a separate property governed by that client’s own accessibility obligations, policies, decisions, and practices. The inclusion of FlowMajik’s name, services, technology, or work product in connection with such a property does not bring that property within the scope of this Accessibility Statement.

6. Third-Party Content, Services, and Integrations

The Website may contain, display, link to, or integrate with content, tools, services, and technologies provided or controlled by third parties. These may include, without limitation:

  • scheduling and calendar systems;

  • online forms;

  • payment processors;

  • maps and location services;

  • videos and media players;

  • social-media content;

  • analytics or advertising technologies;

  • chat, messaging, or communication tools;

  • fonts, scripts, plug-ins, and widgets;

  • downloadable documents;

  • embedded content; and

  • links to external websites or resources.

FlowMajik does not control the design, coding, accessibility, availability, operation, maintenance, policies, or content of independent third parties and cannot guarantee that third-party content or services will be accessible, compatible with every assistive technology, continuously available, or compliant with any particular accessibility standard or law.

The presence of a third-party integration, link, or service on the Website does not constitute FlowMajik’s endorsement of that third party’s accessibility practices or a representation that the third party’s content or technology satisfies any particular accessibility requirement.

FlowMajik may communicate a reported concern to an appropriate third-party provider or consider a reasonably available alternative, but FlowMajik cannot compel a third party to modify its products, content, platforms, or services.

7. Requesting Assistance or Reporting a Barrier

Visitors who experience difficulty accessing public-facing content on FlowMajik.com may contact us by email at:

[email protected]

To help us evaluate and respond to the concern, please include, when reasonably available:

  • the address or URL of the webpage involved;

  • the specific content, feature, form, link, document, or function involved;

  • a description of the accessibility difficulty experienced;

  • the date or approximate time the issue occurred;

  • the browser and browser version used;

  • the device and operating system used;

  • the assistive technology used, if any;

  • any error message received;

  • the visitor’s preferred accessible format or type of assistance; and

  • contact information through which FlowMajik may respond.

Visitors are not required to disclose a diagnosis, detailed medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive information when reporting an accessibility concern.

Accessibility-related requests should be submitted through the email address above. Messages sent to unrelated addresses, third parties, social-media accounts, automated systems, or other communication channels may not be identified or processed as accessibility requests.

8. Reasonable Assistance and Alternative Access

When FlowMajik receives a sufficiently detailed accessibility-related request concerning public-facing Website content, we will make reasonable efforts to review the reported issue and respond within a reasonable time under the circumstances.

Where reasonably practicable, FlowMajik may attempt to:

  • explain how the requested information can be accessed;

  • provide the relevant information in an alternative format;

  • assist the visitor in completing a Website-related task;

  • correct or improve the affected content or functionality;

  • identify another reasonably accessible method of obtaining the information or service; or

  • communicate the issue to an applicable third-party provider.

The specific response will depend on factors such as the nature of the request, the content involved, the available technology, the degree of control FlowMajik has over the affected content, security and privacy considerations, technical feasibility, available resources, the involvement of third parties, and the burden associated with the requested modification.

Nothing in this statement guarantees that every requested accommodation, alternative format, modification, or method of access will be available, feasible, appropriate, or provided in every circumstance. FlowMajik may propose a reasonably effective alternative when the specific method requested is unavailable, technically infeasible, would materially alter the relevant content or service, would compromise security or privacy, would infringe third-party rights, or would impose an undue burden.

9. Response and Remediation Priorities

FlowMajik may evaluate accessibility reports based on considerations that include:

  • whether the issue prevents access to material Website content or functionality;

  • the number of visitors potentially affected;

  • the severity and frequency of the reported barrier;

  • whether the affected component is owned or controlled by FlowMajik;

  • the technical complexity of the issue;

  • the availability of a reasonable alternative;

  • security, privacy, and data-integrity implications;

  • third-party dependencies;

  • available personnel, technology, and resources; and

  • other legal, operational, and business considerations.

FlowMajik does not promise that reported issues will be resolved in the order received or within a fixed period. Some issues may require investigation, testing, redesign, vendor involvement, replacement of technology, or other measures that cannot be completed immediately.

Submission of a report does not guarantee that FlowMajik will agree with the reporter’s assessment, that a violation has occurred, or that a particular remedy will be implemented.

10. Browser and Assistive-Technology Considerations

The Website is intended to function using reasonably current versions of commonly used web browsers and operating systems. Accessibility and functionality may vary depending on the visitor’s particular browser, browser settings, device, operating system, screen size, internet connection, extensions, security settings, or assistive technology.

Visitors may obtain improved results by:

  • using a current version of a commonly supported browser;

  • enabling browser and operating-system accessibility settings;

  • keeping assistive technology reasonably current;

  • allowing essential Website scripts and cookies where necessary for requested functionality; and

  • disabling browser extensions that interfere with page operation.

These suggestions are provided for general informational purposes and are not a condition for submitting an accessibility concern.

11. No Accessibility Overlay or Widget Representation

FlowMajik does not rely on an accessibility overlay, toolbar, or automated remediation widget as a substitute for thoughtful design, content practices, testing, evaluation, or reasonable human assistance.

The absence of such a widget does not indicate that FlowMajik has disregarded accessibility. Similarly, the use of automated technology by any website does not, by itself, establish complete accessibility or compliance.

12. Legal and Regulatory Context

FlowMajik seeks to approach accessibility responsibly and with consideration for the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and other accessibility-related laws, regulations, standards, and guidance that may be applicable under particular circumstances.

Laws concerning website accessibility may differ by jurisdiction, industry, business activity, entity type, website function, and the facts of a particular situation. References in this statement to the ADA, WCAG, or any other law, regulation, standard, or guidance:

  • are provided to describe FlowMajik’s general accessibility commitment;

  • do not constitute an admission that any particular statute, regulation, technical standard, title, provision, or interpretation applies to FlowMajik or the Website in any specific manner;

  • do not constitute an admission of past or present noncompliance;

  • do not waive any right, defense, limitation, exemption, exception, or argument available to FlowMajik; and

  • do not expand FlowMajik’s obligations beyond those imposed by applicable law.

Nothing in this statement should be interpreted as an acknowledgment that any particular technical standard is legally mandatory for FlowMajik in every circumstance.

13. No Warranty or Certification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided subject to FlowMajik’s applicable Terms and Conditions and other posted policies.

This Accessibility Statement does not constitute:

  • a certification of accessibility;

  • a certification of WCAG conformance;

  • a warranty that the Website is free from accessibility barriers;

  • a guarantee of compatibility with every disability, assistive technology, device, browser, or configuration;

  • a guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous accessibility;

  • a representation that every item of content has been individually tested;

  • an admission of liability, fault, wrongdoing, discrimination, or legal noncompliance; or

  • a promise that the Website will remain unchanged or continuously satisfy any particular version or interpretation of an accessibility standard.

No statement by an employee, contractor, vendor, representative, or service provider will modify this Accessibility Statement unless the modification is expressly authorized by FlowMajik in a written policy published on the Website.

14. No Contractual or Third-Party Rights

This Accessibility Statement expresses FlowMajik’s general commitment and current practices. It is not a contract, offer, guarantee, service-level agreement, warranty, or legally binding promise.

Nothing in this statement:

  • creates contractual or other rights in favor of any visitor or third party;

  • creates a private right of action;

  • establishes a fiduciary, special, or other legal duty beyond duties imposed by applicable law;

  • expands the scope of any legal obligation that would otherwise apply;

  • limits the application of FlowMajik’s Terms and Conditions;

  • waives any jurisdictional, procedural, substantive, statutory, contractual, equitable, or other defense;

  • waives any limitation of liability, disclaimer, arbitration provision, class-action waiver, or other protection contained in FlowMajik’s Terms and Conditions; or

  • prevents FlowMajik from modifying, suspending, replacing, or discontinuing any Website content, feature, or functionality.

Any rights or obligations arising under applicable law remain subject to the requirements, limitations, exceptions, defenses, procedures, and remedies established by that law.

15. Feedback Is Not a Legal Notice

FlowMajik welcomes good-faith accessibility feedback. However, an accessibility email, request for assistance, or other communication submitted under this statement does not constitute formal legal notice, service of process, initiation of an administrative claim, or waiver of any notice requirement established by law, contract, court rule, or FlowMajik’s Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in this section prevents an individual from exercising rights available under applicable law through the appropriate legally recognized process.

16. Updates to This Statement

FlowMajik may amend this Accessibility Statement at any time to reflect changes in:

  • the Website;

  • FlowMajik’s accessibility practices;

  • available technologies;

  • applicable standards or guidance;

  • legal or regulatory developments;

  • third-party services;

  • business operations; or

  • other relevant circumstances.

The revised statement will be effective when posted unless a different effective date is expressly stated. The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of the statement identifies the date of the most recent revision.

Visitors are encouraged to review this statement periodically.
